Our product suppliers are deliberately chosen with you in mind, painstakingly selecting only those we believe in! Our primary approach is Ayurvedic which stresses the use of plant-based remedies, natural and organic products and treatments; to enhance healthy physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. In practice, that means we use fresh locally sourced herbal preparations where Mother Nature has already given us a much less invasive answer, in preference to pharmaceutical substitutes.
