skincare products can be a confusing maze.

Skincare Products – It’s a Maze Out There!

Depending on how you look at it, the internet is either an absolute treasure of information – or a maze of amateur tips, biased opinions, outrageous hype and slick salesmanship.

But what should I do?

Finding the right skincare products for you is just one example of what my mum called ‘sorting the wheat from the chaff’.

We can always ask well-meaning family, friends or colleagues (supportive but not professionally trained). We can approach the person on the cosmetics counter of the nearest chemist outlet or department store (who knows their range and will recommend something from it). And then there’s the net, with its seemingly endless supply of information and brand names – all competing for your dollar.

Ironically, you are on the net now! So, how to sort truth from fiction?

Keep it real

The truth is, Prana is a real business in the real world, with specialist knowledge, training and experience. We don’t ‘sell’ or become captive to brands… we endorse and use only those that are as close to nature as possible and do the work they were designed to do without damaging the planet we all share.

It’s all about you

For us, it is as personal and as focused as it gets… because ‘one size never fits all’. Our skincare advice and the written regimen we set out for you is based on your lifestyle, healthcare issues, skin conditions and the many other factors we have taken the time to discuss with you. It is all about healing. And it is all about you. No one else, just you.

And don’t worry…

Finally, one other difference: there is no pressure to buy with Prana, no pressure of any kind. Yes, we are a business and we depend on the ongoing loyalty of clients who’ve become friends but we are overwhelmingly ‘in service’ to all. Feel free to seek our advice. You will be, as my mother so wisely said ‘sorting the wheat from the chaff’.

If you are well aware of what skincare products you need, take a moment to browse our shop. If you’re not sure, please call us for personal advice.
