beautiful words like namaste and prana

What’s in a word?

Beautiful words

Some words are so evocative that they become part of our national language simply because there is no substitute. Take for instance ‘Namaste’… a Sanskrit word which symbolises Prana’s ethos so perfectly (there was no better way to depict our relationship with you and with all life)…

What Namaste means

Namaste symbolises “I salute and honour you”. It is both a greeting and a mark of respect. In business, it means that our dealings with you are honourable, honest and above board. Namaste encapsulates respect, commitment and trust. It is a philosophy Prana takes very seriously.

And another beautiful word is… Prana

The word Prana is very much aligned with natural healing and is sometimes referred to as Chi or Bioenergy. In Sanskrit, it translates to what we call the universal life-force or energy used in many health practices.

Dreams can come true… I will always remember “LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL”… a (much criticised) 1997 movie about a father who’s imagination saved his young son from realising the awful truth of WWII in Italy.
