Cardboard Cut-outs

Here is a selection of my favourite people… some of them regular clients, some living far away for most of the time and whom I rarely get to see. Notice anything? How different they all are in appearance, of course!

This photo reminds me yet again how sad it is to see women (and some men too) desperately trying to be a cardboard cut-out of the latest Instagram star… perfect in every way. What a time-waster!

Dear friends
I want to tell you this: life has given you the gift of uniqueness, treasure it! Never be shy about coming to see me… never think that you have to match up to anyone else. I love all our differences, quirks, ups and downs, and hormonal episodes (even my own)!

Come, just as you are…
Love, Saroj

Beautiful words Some words are so evocative that they become part of our national language simply because there is no substitute. Take for instance ‘Namaste’… a Sanskrit word which symbolises Prana’s ethos so perfectly (there was no better way to depict our relationship with you and with all life)… What Namaste means Namaste symbolises “I…
