we offer high end products and service rather than discounts

Discounts? We just do more in the first place…

Every now and again, we get asked “Do you do discounts?” – that is a reasonable question and I don’t disparage anyone for asking, because…

Being in service matters

So let me explain. Our abiding principle from the beginning was to offer high-end products and service rather than be just another cheap high-street alternative. For our clients, this means that they aren’t just a dollar figure to us – rushed in and out of the salon for the sake of profit margins. Likewise, we never ‘up-sell’ products and services to them… we are in business, but being in-service matters more to us.

Yes, we will recommend further treatments when professional training and the desired outcome warrants it; and only then. We never push, and we trust you to decide on these things. That trust is central to our business: devotion to care, mutual respect, and treatments we never fudge or rush.

Some things in life cannot be measured in time or money

So come. Allow yourself time to be pampered with one of our beauty treatments. We in turn are honoured to spend time with you.
