Who knew that doing nothing could be so rewarding?

I have a theory I put into practice every day. It’s this: spend chosen moments doing nothing. Even better, think of nothing because these moments are pure gold. I know, it sounds like time wasted, but not so! They are actually opportunities to gather emotional balance, rather than rushing from one thing to another, ticking boxes and ‘doing stuff’.

Aftercare: Staying for as long as you wish and doing nothing!

So here’s my take on it: pause and enjoy the warm aftermath of your beauty treatment with me. I never want you to feel that you must leave as quickly as possible and ‘make way’ for the next Prana client. Please, stay for as long as you wish. Enjoy a platter of fresh fruit, a cup of chai, or the occasional Indian-inspired nibble. Bask in the aftercare that means so much to me…

Truly, nothing that you and I share is wasted time.
