The pulse of life: Erase a Line facials

The pulse of life: Erase a Line facials!

Your Erase a Line facial uses serums infused with Isoderm. What is Isoderm? Is it Safe?

Yes, Isoderm is totally safe to use on most clients. There are certain exceptions, for example, people with heart conditions, diabetics, pregnant women and people with pins and plates in their bodies. Essentially, an isoderm is an electrical device attached to a microdermabrasion ultra peel enhancement. It produces special pulses: currents that actually push this new technology of products such as epidermal growth factor or protein into the skin.

They help heal, recover and nourish the skin. The idea is that these serums are applied and are infused into the deeper layers of the skin.

To get a similar result through traditional massage techniques using our hands would take a very long time and our hands would also absorb much of the product we are trying to give to you. You have an instant great result through this electrical device which helps to push the products down into the deeper layers where they are absorbed by the skin layers and tissues for greater results.

These days where people want quick and efficient results, this actually provides just that.

So this is for different skin conditions, for hydrating the skin, for sun damage, for pigmentation?

Yes… all conditions where the need for these serums starts from the deeper layers. The top layer of the skin is a medium but we really need to be going into the deeper layer. So that’s what it does, it emits constant intermittent current into the deeper layers.

Isoderm is used in most of my facial treatments, especially in Erase a Line because this is using a product actually called Erase a Line which is the stronger form of glycolic and vitamin A (or retinol) so that it gives greater instances of a full face.

Would that be used as part of a de-ageing facial for example?

That’s right, yes.

An Isoderm is a piece of equipment which infuses serums and is applied across our range of facials so as to give  greater results.

When you say serum, is that like a lotion, liquid or a mixture of things?

Serums are a range used in skin care and are produced in laboratories through a lot of research and advanced techniques.

They contain elements such as oligopeptides and glucosamine. Peptides are anti-ageing ingredients and glucosamine is a nourishing agent. Plus there are a lot of other ingredients for the benefit of varying skin conditions.

They are the new range of products which are in the market to combat ageing of the face as most of us are concerned about growing old and the skin not lasting into our later years.
