Life is Beautiful

Dreams can come true…

I will always remember “LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL”… a (much criticised) 1997 movie about a father who’s imagination saved his young son from realising the awful truth of WWII in Italy. It was a dark film, but exquisitely moving and funny too. This ordinary man followed his heart and taught his son that dreams can come true…

I believe in the power of dreams too, and that doing what you love rewards in ways that wealth alone cannot. When I was undertaking my BA (Psych) at the University of Delhi, the pathway seemed obvious – it was the formal education discipline my parents approved of and I was appreciative of all the opportunities that lay ahead for me if I worked hard, And yet, my heart pulled me toward what I do today…

Follow your heart

Life is too fleeting to spend doing things you don’t truly care about. Follow your heart. Everything else (whatever wealth or recognition it brings), pales by comparison. As Prana’s co-owner and principal therapist, the emotional and physical link with clients fills me with gratitude for the choice I made all those years ago.
