Talk to a Real Person!

Talk to a Real Person!

How many real people answered your phone enquiry today? How many texts and/or emails went unanswered? And what about those annoying forms? Ouch!

Part of the high professional and personal standard I insist on at Prana is that when you need to talk – it is actually Me you talk to!

Yes, online technology is wonderful… but it is not always satisfying is it? For me, there’s a little too much anonymity and blind hope in it.

That’s why, when you ring the salon to ask a question (whether it’s complex or simple) and I am unavailable, please leave a message with our charming receptionist (Agnelo -:) who will make sure I return your call as soon as possible that same day. That way, we can talk for as long as you like, and I can give you a much more detailed and thorough response.

Remember, you can call me any time, not just during salon hours. I am available 24/7.

I want to hear “Yes, got it, thank you Saroj!” every time… love, Saroj

To my clients Today I want to speak to two groups specifically… the first group, naturally, is clients. For all of you, men as well as women, there is always a first visit or perhaps a beauty treatment you haven’t had before. Either way, you’ve put your trust in me and may feel a little…

  • What’s in a Certificate?

Prana proudly sets high professional and personal standards for itself – but in a largely unregulated Australian beauty industry, how do potential clients know which salon has fully trained staff with certification, diploma or degree qualifications? The answer is of course that professionally trained people will always display their academic achievements where they can be…
